DynamicCodeWave is based in Campanar, a few minutes from the old Turia riverbed — the one that used to flood the city regularly until it was diverted and the dry bed was turned into a nine-kilometre park instead of being paved over.
It's a good local case study in not rebuilding the same fragile thing twice. Most of the "redesigns" we get asked for aren't really redesigns — they're the same weak structure with a new coat of paint, and it fails again for the same reason within a year.
So we start further back: what's the actual load this site needs to carry, and where's the structure that currently can't hold it. Design comes after that question is answered, not before.
We work with clients across València and the rest of Spain, with a growing share of projects further into Europe, running most of it remotely and meeting in person when a project is worth the trip.
